I’m thinking about not eating until I reach my goal weight, which is 20 pounds away and only drinking green tea throughout the day.
Then, when I reach my goal weight, I will slowly start eating again and find out what the caloric intake is for maintenance. Do you think it would work?

I’m doing this because I can’t seem to lose weight at 1200 calories a day+ 3 miles of walking. For the last week and a half, I’ve been eating only protein except for about 30 grams of carbs or less.
