I&#8217;ve always been a curvy girl (which I am very happy with) but I stopped going to the gym about 3 months ago and  I&#8217;ve been eating rubbish.  The diet part I can fix myself, I know what I shouldn&#8217;t be eating and I dont find it too difficult to steer away from them, but I&#8217;m really not sure what I should be doing at the gym to get results.  I want to firm up my arms, stomach, hips and thighs, and I would ideally like to lose between 1 and 2 stones before the wedding.  Is this possible or am I kidding myself?  Should I concentrate on cardio in the gym or on weights?  I would be planning to go the gym now 5 days out of 7 (giving me a Sunday off and a day during the week), should I work to a specific plan?</p>

<p>I&#8217;m doing this because I can&#8217;t seem to lose weight at 1200 calories a day+ 3 miles of walking. For the last week and a half, I&#8217;ve been eating only protein except for about 30 grams of carbs or less.</p></div>
