My wife needs to lose about 30 pounds and actually I could lose a few pounds myself. I think she looks find the way she is, but she is determined to lose those extra pounds. She heard about a diet called fat loss for idiots on a diet review blog. http://www.squidoo.com/lose-pounds-fast/ The blog writer claims to have lost 60 pounds on the diet. The reviews on this site are kind of one-sided, so we would like to know…..
If anyone has had good results following fat loss 4 idiots diet.?
Is this diet really easy to follow and stick to it?

Faster weight loss technique.supplements, exercises, foods, etc?

So I’m on a huge weight loss kick right now. I exercise five times a week (running two miles and swimming alternately) and eating semi-healthy. But I’m looking to add some extra umph into my routine. I’m seeing good results, but I want it to go a little faster. Does anyone have any good advice on possible supplements, exercises, or foods that I can add to my routine to quicken the weight loss? I weight train every now and again but not on a regular schedule as far as that goes…I’m kind of leaning on my swimming to sculpt the muscles, but I’m willing to add that on if necessary. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am a tall female 6′0. I have been on the birth control depo shot for 2 almost 3 years now. Last summer around this time I was very skinny. I weighed 140 pounds, I have gained about 20 to 25 pounds in the past year. Never in my life have I thought that I was over weight, now at this time in my life I think that I am. I know for my height I will weigh more than most. I have been through a lot of stress with work, home and my personal life. My hair is also stressed…(loosing some hair). I am looking for some kind of diet method to help me lose my excess fat. I would love to weigh 140 pounds again. Have there been any diets/pills to help you lose weight? I am a very busy person, I don’t have the extra time to go to the gym or go work out. When I get the time I try to go to the gym or go on walks/runs. I am looking for a diet that will help me not eat so much, eat smaller portions, and not be so hungry? Please Help!!!

I’m 16 , Male and Im 230 lbs. I’m 5′ 8 I really want to lose at least 70 pounds. I want to do this over the span of a year. What are some great ways to lose weight. I already know smaller portion sizes and drink lots of water. What are the best most effective exercises? Some foods that speed up metabolism and healthy foods. The best fat burning exercises and quickest weight loss techniques.

I’m doing slimfast for breakfast and lunch and for dinner I’m always gonna eat chicken but I don’t know any recipes….what are some good ones?

slimfast is almost 300 calories a piece and I didn’t say I was gonna eat just a chicken ******. I plan on eating things like chicken pot pie and the likes which will easily reach 1200 calories with my daily snack of fruits and veggies.
